Visual Assist build 1903 and newer
After Visual Assist is installed, the navigate back and forward buttons of a mouse equipped with them are assigned to the Navigate Back and Forward commands of Visual Assist. You can modify the registry to restore the default assignments, i.e., to the navigate commands of the IDE.
Change behavior by modifying the following registry DWORD value:
HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\BrowserAppCommands
Set to 0 to make Visual Assist ignore the buttons, leaving them available for a different IDE extension.
Set to 1 to assign the buttons to the Navigate Back and Forward commands of Visual Assist.
Set to 2 to assign the buttons to the navigate commands of the IDE.
