Whole Tomato Software tracks all bugs, feature requests, and requests for technical assistance using internal case numbers. These case numbers appear often in the support forums for Visual Assist and in the subject line of all communication via email. Case numbers typically appear the following format:
Forum threads are updated when respective cases have been resolved or implemented. Case numbers in the threads are useful when isolating multiple topics discussed in a single forum post.
Case numbers also appear in the archive of builds, associated with each of the bug fixes and features implemented in a build.
There currently exists no external interface to the internal tracking systems. You can obtain an update on a case by posting to a forum thread containing your case number or contacting support via email.
