Up-Arrow and Down-Arrow cease to function when you reach the respective top or bottom of a suggestion list, making it easy to scroll to its top or bottom. To make the arrow keys dismiss suggestion lists and move the caret in your file, create or edit the following binary value in your registry:
HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\DismissSuggestionListOnUpDown = 01
Set the value to 00 for default behavior.
